Bathroom, tables, and chairs are sanitized between bookings. Space is cleaned nightly.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

There is low cost metered street parking as well as a low cost metered parking lot adjacent to the space with tons of parking!

General Rules

No loud music after 10pm No smoking No pets allowed Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing Furniture must be moved back to where you found it Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking Front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use lock box and key code provided No Gathering Outside of Venue Space No Confetti, Glitter, Silly String.
