All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Located in East Nashville, Emily McGonigle Photography’s studio is available to other photographers to rent for their own shoots. Featuring white walls, original wood floors and gorgeous daylight that floods the room, the studio is ideal for small portrait shoots, boudoir, newborn and more. The studio has enough space to sweep a 9 foot seamless backdrop, and is well lit by natural light morning through early evening. The room itself is 500sqft w/ a designated shoot space of approximately 16'x16'. Limited gear available for rent upon request. **PLEASE NOTE: THE STUDIO IS LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR WITH NO ELEVATOR ACCESS** **THERE IS A 2-HOUR MINIMUM TO BOOK ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS**

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Emily was awesome! Emily was very responsive with my questions before booking the space. She was on time the day of the shoot, and she was very easygoing. The studio space was perfect and just as advertised. She let us moved some stuff around to accommodate our photo shoot. The shoot went very smoothly and the space worked perfectly for our purposes. Will definitely book again in the future when the need arise! Thanks, Emily!

Awesome space! It gets great light, and was the perfect size for some portraits of my daughter. Emily was very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend for your photo or video needs.

This space is AMAZING! So much light and room to make magic happen. Emily was so sweet as well. Very responsive and the space was even bigger than I thought. I shot a music video and there were many different ways to capture my vision perfectly in this space. Definitely booking again! :) Emily was also very laid back and just a great energy to be around. Book this space, you will not regret it.
