About the Space
Single story home with a coastal vibe in a quiet neighborhood (occasional jet noise). This space has Skylights though out and offers tons of natural light. The informal dining area opens onto a large California Room featuring a gas fireplace, BBQ, outdoor kitchen, 3 televisions, surround sound, a cooling and heating system and extra large Jacuzzi with water feature. The Master Bedroom opens onto the room as well. Large grass area, and double french doors adorn the rear of the house. It is possible to shoot from the inside out or the outside in. You will not find a space with better indoor/outdoor flow. Home has Solid Oak Floors throughout. Multiple dining areas available. Formal Dining seats 10, Informal seats 6, Outdoor Dining Table can seat up to 10 and 8 at the Outdoor bar. Smaller dining spaces available in addition Other spaces included are: Living Room, Den, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and a large entryway.

Nicest and best hosts EVER. They are extremely responsive and super caring. I will recommend to anyone i know or anyone who needs a shooting space. We filmed in the house and they were extremely helpful. They put out water for us and showed us how to use the filter so we can save money on crafty. They even helped us clean! They let us use items in the house as props and even offered! I cannot recommend it enough! The house is more beautiful in person, the lighting is great! If you are considering this house, I definitely say go for it, they are some of the most caring, kindest nicest and warm people I've ever met.
