Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Place is sanitized after every use. There is also a deep cleaning every 2 weeks.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space
The space can be used for private rooftop Dinners/Private Rooftop Picnics on the rooftop terrace. Photo shoots with a skyline view in the backdrop, the stadium included. Meetings can be scheduled inside the condo. 4 Floor Condo with a spiral staircase. Fish Tank. Video shoots can be done in the home.

Parking description
2 cars can fit in the gated parking lot. There is also free street parking (maybe 10 cars can fit). Then there is a large gravel and parking lot that maybe fits a little over 100 cars.
General Rules
Our biggest concerns are the respect and care for our home and our belongings as well as the consideration of our neighbors. I we except our guests to treat our home like they would treat their own home and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived. Please do not unplug, mount or move any of the furniture. *** There may be a fee for any furniture that is not returned to its original location***
NO Smoking and NO Pets (except under special circumstances) and absolutely NO Parties! NO EXCEPTIONS. VISITORS ARE NOT PERMITTED. People other than those in the paid reserved guest party set forth above may not visit the property (unless prior arrangements are made). Thank you for respecting our unique private home.
Please put all dishes in the dishwasher before leaving. Do not drink any of the alcohol in the bar area. Do not feed fish or tamper with fish tank at all. Please bring your own food and do not drink or eat anything in the fridge. If you use the umbrella in the patio, please tie it up when done using. If the grille is used on the patio, please put it back inside when and cover when finished. Be sure to lock the patio/balcony door when it is not in use. Do not tamper with the automatic timer for the fish tank and plant lights.

We are not responsible for the loss of guests’ personal belonging or valuables. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.

Cancellation Policy
Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
