About the Space
As a Bay Area Parents of daughters under 3 years old...I know that planning birthday parties are not for the faint of heart! There are A to Z things to think about! Atmosphere Balloons Cake ....and the list goes on! I've found that the top 3 struggles are SPACE, TIME, & MONEY. SPACE Where can we go that can fit a minimum of 12 kids + 1-2 siblings + 1-2 parents? TIME Who's got time to make Pinterest dreams come true? We all want the IG ready birthday photos but ain't got time to think thru all the deats. MONEY Birthdays are an investment. Decor, Catering, Party Favors --- our kids will never know the lengths to which a parent will go to host the greatest 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc birthday for them! All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Kaye N. booked a birthday party for 40 people
The space was the perfect spot for my son’s first birthday celebration. We were able to set up the space so that everyone was comfortable, which included renting a few tables, chairs, and canopies for shade. The kids had a great time and there was enough room for them to play and run around. Our guests thought the space was great. The hosts, Kim and her husband, are the easiest people to work work with and are so flexible and accommodating. They made everything easy and are such great people to be around. We will definitely be recommending their space to friends in the future.
