Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We require a general cleaning process for guests as we will have a professional, licensed cleaner before and after bookings. We ask that no messes are left behind, trash is taken out and surfaces are wiped down if food or drink is used.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The space has the following features:

Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Space has HEPA-certified air filters
Space has additional space outdoors

Vintage Triumph motorcycle…check. Oversized searchlight…check. Spectacular original artwork from artist, James Verbicky…check. The entire location has been designed to accommodate photo & video shoots or as a professional meeting space. It is a one- of-a-kind private space fit for royalty. It features 1,000 sq.ft. of stunning indoor space, bay-front patio, and fire-pit. Full bathroom is included on site.
