About the Space

This is a town home that's best for intimate events that won’t entail a large crowd or loud music. This can be used for birthday parties, engagement parties or any other event with 10 to 20 people. This home is in the Houston heights area so it’ll benefit you to encourage your guests to use a ride share option as parking could be a hassle on certain dates. Upstairs living space has 2 day beds, a 120 inch projector screen and a video game and TV access. There is also a pool table anda half bathroom in that living space. The Patio also has furniture that can be used by your guests. The second floor has a living room and a full kitchen with a master bedroom and full bathroom. While the first floor has a guest room with 2 beds and a full bathroom with inside access to the garage.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
