All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This Estate offers multiple, unique options for outdoor filming and photo shoots. There is a main house, separate garage apartment, barn, rustic pasture area, and even a tractor! Currently, indoor spaces are not offered as part of the program. The area is quiet, private, and the property is gated. The Property has a great Johns Creek location!

This is a very quiet neighborhood. You can hear faint sounds of an occasional car in the distance, but the chirps of birds is much more prevalent!

Equipment loading description

There's a gated entry and plenty of parking and an open concrete area, and grassy area to load and unload any necessary equipment.

Staging area is available

There is a garage apartment on site and restroom facilities and a changing area is available if needed at no extra charge.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

The main house is off limits for inside shooting. There is a large storage building at the rear of the property and it is off limits for indoor shooting. There is a garage apartment available for using the restroom and changing, but not for shooting. This venue is for outdoor shooting only at this time.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Only outdoor shooting is available at this time Noise should be kept at a reasonable level Outside catering is allowed, although this isn't an event venue

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

Insurance is required for large productions only. 1MM is required. Shoots for 8 people or less doesn't require insurance.

No moving furniture and decorations

Smoke machines are allowed

No nudity allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
