Very bright interior meeting room located in the heart of The Loop. Set up with 14 executive chairs around the rectangular table and 6 executive chairs with side tables in the corners of the room. Chairs can be removed altogether to make the space perfect for a casual reception. Presentations are easily shown on the wall-mounted flat screen by hooking up to the tabletop HDMI connection. We have a hotel-capacity ice maker, tablecloths and a large stainless beverage cooler available for your use. Catering can be set up on the table or on the credenza. A glass board with markers is also available. The room is equipped with wi-fi, a speakerphone and unlimited calling within the U.S. is included at no charge. Public transportation is literally at our front door at the Washington/Wells CTA station and Union and Ogilvie stations providing train service to the suburbs are a 5-minute walk away. Metered street parking and parking garage adjacent to the building.

We had the pleasure to host our two meetings twice in Pam’s spacious meeting room in the Loop. From the start of the process to the end, Pam and Nina were outstanding hosts. Pam made it easy to answer many questions even before booking the conference. After we booked the meeting room, Pam and Nina continued their excellent customer service and made sure we would have everything we needed to provide a positive environment. They were amazing and went beyond what we needed to have our guests welcome and refreshed during their long meetings. The event space was perfect for our group of 20 people and the hosts kept water pitchers filled, etc. They even reconfirmed with the catering company (we had booked separately) that the driver knew his way around and delivered on time. Overall, we loved this space and we will book it again when our company needs an onsite meeting room in the Loop. Thanks Pam and Nina.
