About the Space
Welcome to our place, located on the Hill, a modern townhome at the top of Elysian heights. It’s a wonderful space to get inspired, bond with friends, and enjoy breathtaking views of Los Angeles. The crown jewel of the space is the rooftop deck which is perfect for intimate dinners/events, team building/masterminding sessions, photoshoots and commercials.

Incredible location and host, Ade went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of for our photoshoot event. Beautiful, clean home, the rooftop has a 360 view, A/V hook ups, full kitchen, perfect for an intimate retreat into the hills!

The space was nice. There’s no doubt about that. However, I paid hundreds of dollars for this place and the owner expected us to be outside on the rooftop all night when it was a dinner party. I told him and told there would be a private chef. He tried to overcharge me and wanted me to use Venmo considering he couldn’t do it on Peerspace because they were morally wrong. In addition, he said I left the place a mess because I left a little confetti. However, I paid an extra $100 for a cleaning fee so that should’ve covered the confetti and trash in the trash can that we closed considering we didn’t know where to take the trash out... didn’t think I had to do that when peerspsce charges a fee for clean-up. The only reason I even gave this place a star at all is because it actually looked like the pictures and I enjoyed my time. I wish the owner was more honest.
