About the Space

Big Blue Portrait House is a creative playground for any shoot. The studio was setup not just with the photographer in mind, but also to make it easy for potential clients to come with their team (Hair, Makeup etc) and have everything they need to achieve their photoshoot. Available with rental: 1. Roll-up backdrops. Backdrop options and 2 strobes that can trigger with on camera or remote flash (house uses Canon). (Others can be made available on request.) 2. A makeup area lights and height adjustable chair (so the makeup artist does not need to lug lights and chair around). 3. Changing room 4. Bluetooth music player 5. Wifi 6. Parking spaces available

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
