Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Please reach out to us if you would like a full rundown of our cleaning process! We have made changes to our operating procedure to ensure more time in between events, as well as instituted strict pre-event and post-event cleaning protocols.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Located directly across from Sydney G. Walton Park and just blocks from the Embarcadero, this large and airy office space is perfect for company off-sites, workshops, retreats, and even production. Exposed brick, tall ceilings, and chandelier lighting provide a lovely atmosphere. The space also comes with a kitchen making the provision of food and drink a breeze.

General Rules

General Rules Be sure to account for setup and breakdown of your event when requesting to book. Your access to the space begins at your booked time, no exceptions. We operate on a "leave no trace" policy. We will do a full cleaning after your event, but we ask that you take out anything you may have brought into our space (including leftover food!). Restrictions: - No smoking (except in designated outdoor areas) - No open flames - any candles must be enclosed in glass - No bird seed, rice, confetti, or glitter - Do not nail items to doors, windows, walls, or floors (tape & command strips are OK) - No fog machines, pyrotechnics, displays or props involving water, or special FX equipment with potential for fire or water damage - No cooking in the space (chafing dishes & chafing fuel are OK) *Failure to comply with any of the above may result in additional fees.

Security cameras and recording devices

Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
