  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

1200 sq ft of clean, white open space. Access is on the backside of a retail space in East Dallas. The open floor plan is perfect for private parties! Features: - White walls - Plants - Kitchenette (with sink & microwave)* - ADA compliant bathroom - ADA access ramp - Free parking - Furniture as shown in pictures (list available on request) *Access to full commercial kitchen for additional fee

Yes, I would book again.

The space is a little hidden, but once you find it, it is a great shoot location. A ton of available parking and very reclusive for outdoor shooting. The inside if bright and clean and offers a ton of options for different little moment and backdrops!
