All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

*COVID-19 safety detail* A max of 8 people is allowed in the space - no exceptions, essential personal only; anyone not part of the production is not allowed and will be asked to leave. Normally we wouldn't mind others coming by to hang out, but safety is our top priority right now. Masks are required in all public areas of the building and for anyone who isn't being photographed or filmed in studio. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to being less restrictive in the future. Large West Town photo / video studio. Main shooting room is 21'x30', has 18' ceilings, and can accommodate 12' seamless backdrops. The adjacent room is 21'x 29' and is bright, sunny, and perfect for natural window light shooting, or setting up a client workspace. Rental includes use of (12) C-Stands, (14) Sand Bags, Full Apple box Set, Saw horses, Flags, Single and Double nets. Easy access to freight elevators for loading in and loading out. Close to ProGear Rental for any Camera, Lighting, or Grip equipment needs. Studio manager will be on-site for the duration of your shoot, and will be able to accommodate and answer any questions you may have.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
