Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Space is very intimately sized - no more than 7-10 guests, typically, at a time. Cleanings are scheduled before and after every use. Additional cleaning supplies are throughout condo for guests to use.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Guests will be able to find free street parking at their leisure. This is a largely residential neighborhood with not too much commercial/retail traffic.

General Rules

****All damaged/missing items will be charged to the card on file; I do request that you leave my home in a neat and orderly manner, as this is my primary address. Some cleaning supplies are furnished to help maintain it during your stay; otherwise you will incur an additional $100 cleaning charge, which will be processed on the card used to make the reservation! **** DURING YOUR STAY: - Please do not wear any shoes inside -PLEASE do not touch the projector. -Smokers (all of kinds) are welcome. Please use the outside patio. Smoking inside is not allowed. -My home is very intimately sized. Please be extremely mindful of how many guests you have over. Keep noise to a minimum. CHECKING OUT: -Please check out at the given time. If not, it may result in an extra charge to your card. -Please wipe up any spills - kitchen, bathroom, floor, etc. -Please sweep up any spills/dirt/trash -Please wash ALL dishes with soap and water -Please do not leave behind any personal food, drinks, or belongings. - Please place the trash in the bathroom and kitchen into one bag. Take the bag out of its holder, tie it up, and place in the hallway by the front door. - Please lock all doors and windows. - Please place keys back in lock box. - Please turn off all lights. - Please turn off the projector - Please turn off the AC/heat

Cancellation Policy

Grace period

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Beautiful intimate space for my photoshoot!! It was very clean and well kept. The host was quick with her responses and welcoming! Will definitely book again.
