Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
The space is cleaned in between bookings. In order to further provide a clean space, bedding must be provided by guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
This space is perfect for a boudoir photographer, although maternity, branding or even newborn could work in it as well! It has different sets for you to use and is somewhat modular between light and airy or dark and moody. The natural lighting in the space is SOOO beautiful. Couch Set Black Backdrop Windows and Tulle Bedroom with Bed Set Brick Wall There is a dressing room for clients to dress/undress inside of.

There is one outlet for your use. It can be moved neatly around the area because it is on a roll-up extension cord and has numerous outlets available.

Any alcohol consumed must be limited to those 21 years of age or older.
A security camera is focused toward the door: It will not see any shooting activity. Any tampering with the security camera, including: covering, unplugging, obstructing view, etc. will result in you being blacklisted.
Without prior approval, only 4 attendees are allowed to be in the space.
We are very chill and kind and will respect you and your clients - we may even allow you to stay past your time, if you ask nicely and no one is booked after you. However, we ask that you return the favor and respect our space and our rules as well.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
