- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Iamu Studios is a Creative space in Charlottes own NC Music Factory for all creative types, wether your shooting photo, video or if you’re looking for a home for your podcast this place is for you. We have everything you would need in a creative studio from lav mics to podcast mics, sound panels and sound blankets, furniture and props, your choice between strobe and continuous lighting, tripods and light stands, an array of different backgrounds, we have a kit that makes our studio a product or food photographers dream! Check our add ons section! One side has some beautifully exposed brick to utilize as a backdrop, on another we have a beautiful reclaimed wood and we even have a nice floral/plant wall. Everything is on wheels this studio is completely modular to fit your specific content needs. The space is accessible 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. After 11pm we do have a Late Rate fee of 1.5x the normal hourly rate. We look forward to hosting your shoot!

This was by far the calmest most positive studio you can go to in Charlotte NC. Energy’s are unmatched vibes cannot be found anywhere else. Communication is on point.
