We wash our hands thoroughly before and after each cleaning. Every TrueAvenue home is cleaned thoroughly first, and then disinfected following CDC guidelines. We only use recommended disinfectant per EPA and CDC Guidelines. We thoroughly clean all fabric & porous surfaces, like couches, rugs, etc. We wash all linens at the highest heat setting recommended by the manufacturer. We clean and disinfect laundry baskets and hampers. We empty and sanitize the vacuum cleaner after every cleaning. We carefully check our supply expiration dates and never mix or create our own cleaning solutions. We line and disinfect all trash cans. We thoroughly wash and disinfect all of our cleaning supplies. We safely remove any cleaning gear and dispose of them or wash accordingly. We provide self check-in and check-outs to minimize contact for your safety & comfort. We provide quality hand soap, paper towels & toilet paper, in accordance to CDC guidelines. We avoid routine maintenance while a guest is in-house.
