About the Space
This is a charming 1940s 2br/1ba house, with an additional green room built onto the back garden. Great, natural light flows all throughout the home! The green room has full laundry and an AC unit, speakers with iPhone adapter, washer and drier. The green room is great for meetings as it’s partially enclosed with full view of the large, open yard, which features half-tiled concrete and plenty of grass. The backyard features a barbecue grill (propane), 6' dinning table, lounge area with flower wall, large cacti and other plants such as Birds of Paradise, lemon trees, and orange trees. *Additional tables and linen available upon request. The green room leads straight into the master bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed with closet and full-length mirror. Bohemian style and decor. The second bedroom is a kids room with double mirrored closet, two twin beds and children's toys/ doll house. Air conditioner unit in room. The kitchen has its own door with backyard access. Full kitchen is accessible to guests, and Complimentary Coffee service provided upon request. The dining room and living room are available for shooting or relaxing in-between. Living room features an HDTV with Roku, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Plus, Amazon and Private Wi-Fi included. Bathroom features a large all-glass shower, plus His & Her sinks. All rooms feature dried flower arrangements and beached wood branches. Small pets are allowed, pending approval.

This was a great location for my daughter's birthday party. The back garden I found private with a nice new fence round for privacy. There is a conservatory at the back of telhe house which was very useful . There were tables, table cloths, chairs, open tent shade and additional items. Though my party was small there's plenty of seating. The area was nice on a main street. Great value for money. The host Joanne was extremely friendly, responsive and reassuring I found her to be very flexible. Yes I would.use this location again. The reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 is because there was dog poo of some sort found by bone of the children in the back garden. The grass area would be more accurately described as dirt not grass, however it worked fabulously for the bouncer that my daughter used for her party. Thank you Joanna :)
