About the Space
Our home is a 2,100 SF mid century modern ranch in the heart of Pasadena. It has 3 bedroom (1 adult bedroom and 2 kids room), 3 baths, office space, and large sliding glass doors in the living and dining rooms that allow for plenty of natural light in the rooms. The custom, modern kitchen was recently updated and features white countertops, walnut cabinets, double oven, 5 burner range, dishwasher and double sink. The home features terrazzo-look quartz stone and walnut hardwood floors. The main bathroom features a freestanding tub, marble and teak vanity, and shower. There is a large patio and deck that span the length of the living and dining areas. We are walking distance to Rose Bowl, Gamble House, 5 minute drive to Old Pasadena and Metro Gold Line. Someone is available to be onsite for duration of shoot to help with any questions/needs. Our home has been featured in Domino Magazine, Atomic Ranch Magazine, Cottages & Bungalows, SemiStories, and more.

Absolutely love this space! The house is impeccably decorated, with enough freedom to rearrange things as needed. There were also enough parking spaces for our film crew. The host Annette was so accommodating and has great taste for wood and metal accents. If you have time, make sure to talk to her about the back story of the house!

It was an amazing experience shooting there! Annette and her husband were very helpful in guiding the crew throughout the process. We didn't need to bring much for set design as everything was already there. Lots of depth and space to move around. I very much recommend this house for any photo and video shoots. I would love to shoot there again!
