About the Space

Our studio is a natural light photo studio and co-working space in San Diego! We just opened up in January of 2021! Come use our open 1000 square foot studio for all of your creative shoot ideas. The space is extremely versatile and offers incredible natural light at all times of day. We have a dressing room, water available, coffee and more :)

Parking description

Studio is located inside of Grossmont Mall. You will not be able to see us from the parking lot! There is an ABUNDANCE of free parking. I recommend parking in front of Panera Bread, walking through Panera and out the other side. I share a wall with them so you'll see me there! If you need help finding us, call 619.919.4535

Lighting description

We have a giant wall sized window at the entrance that allows for all of our natural light! Light is consistent throughout the entire day until the sun goes down.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

We are in a public mall. It isn't loud at all but we can hear our neighbors sometimes because they are a children's dance studio.

We have a backdoor that leads into our studio straight from the parking lot!

Staging area is available

The space is honestly just huge. There is room to get ready anywhere. But we also have a dressing room.

All rooms are available for shooting

General Rules

1. Return the space in the same condition you received it in. 2. Renter is solely responsible for all damage done to the property during the duration of their visit. 3. No pets or smoking. 4. Keep noise and music at a respectful level. 5. No Nudity is allowed

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Only thing that can't be moved is our stationary front desk!

No smoke machines allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

There are video cameras in the main studio and back room that remain on 24/7.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This is the perfect space for a stylized photoshoot! Even on a cloudy morning, the natural light was beautiful! The furniture and decor is tasteful, modern and yet neutral enough to compliment a variety of aesthetics. The rolling wood boards made the space super versatile. We would definitely book here again!
