About the Space

Historical loft apartment that was an Opera hpuse the holds 250 people. Now a 2 bed 1 1/2 bath apartment with a historical stage. There is a large dining room, massive staircase entrance, and original ticket booth. Great space for photo shoot, fundraiser, cocktail event, shows or concerts.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

We had a wonderful experience filming at John's place. John was extremely communicative, professional and helpful and the space was a dream to work in. The different rooms and levels within the space made it the perfect option for us. It is an ideal filming or photography venue. The decor is exquisite as is but can also be dressed up or down and there is a super coffee shop just down the road if you need to fuel up. Thanks so much John, very highly recommended.
