Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Routine cleanings are conducted in the space and air is recycled daily. Masks and hand sanitizer available on location for guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Newly renovated space complete with padded flooring and 3 large mirrors. Speaker can be provided for music during your session. Perfect for personal trainers, yoga sessions, fitness classes, small workout sessions and more! Available for hourly rental sessions and/or monthly agreements.

General Rules
No smoking in the building. You and your guests are responsible for securing your own personal items; City Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen items. No alcoholic beverages on the property.

Security cameras and recording devices
There is a security camera in the room which runs 24/7. It does not record sound.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
