About the Space
Truly a unique property perched atop a 2 acre vineyard with over 1,700 vines. Endless outdoor space with multiple decks, outdoor dining, firepit and panoramic views. Other entertainment features include indoor and outdoor foosball tables, Ms Pacman classic arcade with over 50 games, ping pong, tether ball, corn hole (bean bag toss), large outdoor BBQ and hot tub. The property includes a single story main house with 4 bedrooms as well as a separate Guest House with a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom.

General Rules
- No smoking inside
- Outside catering is allowed
- The estate is located in a quiet residential area, thus we have a strict no noise policy between 10pm - 7am.

Health and Safety Measures
We've implemented additional cleaning protocols between each turnover to not only clean but to thoroughly disinfect frequently touched surfaces (door handles, light switches, remotes, etc.). Please message us with any questions!
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
