All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks
The space has the following features:

About the Space

Spacious Venue with Built in Stage, Lighting, with PA and musical equipment ready for use. Floor Staff, Bartender, and Security included with Rental. Space is approx 2400 sq ft with a 18 ft x 12 ft stage, with PA and Musical equipment ready for your use.** This space Also includes a Fully Stocked Bar with 5 LED Display monitors to display logos, advertisement, and or Watch the game, and Lounge Seating. This space is ready for Rental Immediately, with a maximum capacity of 250 persons, it can provide the much needed area for events such as, corporate cocktail parties, live artists and performances, business after hours, birthday parties, college graduation, private parties, Super Bowl Parties or any other celebration for a major sporting Event. Parking Lot Adjacent to building available for rent for additional fee. PPA licensing for ticketing events (**use of PA and musical equipment may incur a separate rental fee**)

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
