About the Space

Spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with office den (including a piano) and outdoor deck for dining and entertaining. Modern smooth concrete finish on the outside and completely renovated with a large open great room and kitchen. Beautiful deck off the living room, with built-in bench seating and fire pit. Large open floor plan with lot of windows and natural light. House is approximately 2,400 square feet, with 1,700 square feet available for use; the upstairs is not available for shoots. There is ample FREE street parking, two spots in driveway, and a cul-de-sac. Wifi is provided, as well as large dining table for gathering, open floor plan, piano, bright and spacious kitchen. Covid compliant with free masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, and Clorox wipes included.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
