History of the space A reimagined modern mid-century single family home on a quiet culdesac in the Garvanza sector of Historic Highland Park. Wabi-Sabi interior styling and gorgeous finishing details with designer furnishings and art from local and international designers, make this space truly inventive and elevated. Neighborhood details An eclectic mix of parks, cafes, restaurants, and shops in Historic Highland Park, including neighboring horse stables and the Arroyo Seco trails in direct proximity to The Gold Place. Logistics An open floor-plan, polished concrete floors and high ceilings make this well-curated home an ideal space for shoots of all kinds. Blackout shades on many of the windows make custom lighting set ups convenient. A large park directly across the street offers ample parking and additional staging opportunities as needed.

Amazing space with lighting and kitchen has spectacular black / gold details and the way it is painted helps as a superb backdrop to photoshoots. Vanessa is so easy to work with the communicates so well and is willing to help with any questions and gives you plenty of privacy.

Vanessa is a amazing host and great with communication. There is plenty of parking by her house and on her property. Space is super quiet not alot of people outside. The kitchen is amazing black color with gold hardware. Her other rooms are designed beautifully with natural lighting. There is both feminine and masculine features to this house. Amazing with pop art and colors.
