About the Space
A little cold during the winter, big windows. We have heaters but still can be drafty. Right next door to FD Studios in Long Island City Queens we have a mid size creative space that is perfect for photoshoots and small scale video productions. The space is private, includes 24 hour acess and has a private entrance. We have a space that is large enough for 9 foot rolls of paper and lighting. A small couch seating area as well as a desk area for working, full lighting available. Stands included with rental. lighting available for an additional. Bathroom is for the entire floor and is very industrial but clean.

We allow only a certain number of people in the space. We clean regularly and we space the bookings out to insure space is properly disinfected.
