Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

- Handwashing stations provided and required. - Temperature checks for all guests. - Individual cubbies in classrooms for each student. - Marked social-distancing squares to remind students to stay 6 feet apart. - Directional arrows to help guide traffic and keep a distance. - Hourly bathroom cleanings, and increased sanitation throughout high-touch areas.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our space is perfect for meetings, birthday parties, bridal & baby showers, graduation parties, and so much more. We rent our space out to many other organizations, such as other performing arts organizations, churches, and other dance programs. Our space offers many amenities such as a covered patio, a cafe with a fridge, three bathrooms, and a coffee station. Our studio is laid out in a simple configuration with our main entrance through the covered patio and into our lobby space, from there you can have a large meeting on our long center table, or continue on into Studio A, our second to largest studio room for a disco party, with our loudspeakers. Or enter into Studio B for a smaller, intimate experience. Continue on into Studio C for another large studio space with loudspeakers, room for tumbling classes, and even our Silks. We're happy to accommodate our rentees with tables, chairs, and more. Our birthday parties even include a special dance class, themed in whichever theme you choose!

General Rules

- No smoking on-premises - Outside catering is allowed but must be thrown away properly afterward - No alcohol allowed - We reserve the right to be selective on who will be allowed on our premises - No animals except for service animals

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

We have security cameras in every main room(Studio A, Studio B, Studio C, Office, and Lobby). The cameras can be turned off if a member of our staff is present at all times. (extra fee)

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
