The space is a Mid Century Modern, "Boho Inspired" Photography Studio , available for rent by the hour to Professional Photographers, Event Coordinators, and anyone looking for a casual, modern space to host an event. It is approximately 350 sqaure feet ( 24 feet by 14 feet ) and will comfortably hold anywhere from 2-15 people. The space was specifically designed for maternity, newborn, family, and/or boudoir photo sessions in mind, however as you can see below, the possibilities are endless with how you can customize the space to fit your needs. Being a photographer myself, I know how difficult it can be to find a tastefully designed space that will offer enough variety to insure the ability to provide a full gallery to your clients, filled with plenty of various backdrops, so after searching for a space I ultimately couldn't find... I decided to create the space myself and open it up to other fellow photographers and professionals, looking for something similar! The space can be used for: -Intimate Dinner Parties -Birthdays -ProposalsRehearsal Dinners -Styled/EditorialShoots -Workshops The space is comprised of a living room set up with a beautiful leather sofa and statement globe pendant, a bedroom set up with a stunning Moroccan daybed, and two separate corners, containing a Serena and Lily rattan hanging swing and a mid century modern chair with leather pouf ottoman. It was designed to offer a "lifestyle" vibe session in a home setting... rather than the traditional studio space. A Client Closet filled with roughly 15 gowns from We Are Reclamation, Baltic Borne, and other designers is also available to your clients for an additional fee, should they choose. There are also coordinating baby and toddler apparel options for rent to coordinate with your mamas as well. If these options are chosen, more information will be provided once the space is secured. A Newborn posing station ( bean bag and fabric stand) and gorgeous fabrics and wraps are also available for an additional fee if needed for a newborn session! Why spend ALL of that money to purchase Newborn props, wraps, blankets, etc... if you are only shooting a few a newborn/child sessions a year? The studio is literally a one stop shop!! Your clients can come in, choose their attire from the client closet should they choose, have an amazing photo session with YOU, and then remain in downtown and have a bite to eat at the local Sushi 808 right next door, or at one of the many tasty restaurants that Del Mar is famous for! We are located about 4 blocks from the San Clemente Pier/beach as well, so you can even shoot part of your session down at the water, or right outside the studio, and then head back to the studio for an indoor session! The space has been lovingly restored and designed by my husband and I with fresh paint, beautiful laminate floors, and an array of gorgeous mid century modern furniture and Accents from Article, Serena and Lily, and various other local boutiques! The space has 3 large 104 inch by 54 inch storefront windows that have been professionally frosted with commercial grade tint, so that natural light is allowed in, however the space cannot be seen through the windows... This insures you have total privacy. The ceiling has 6 overhead 5000k 95CRI "Daylight" lights, as well as a hanging wicker and large glass globe pendants. All furniture and decor is part off the rental fee. The only additional options would be to utilize the client closet for females and/or children, and/or the Newborn Posing Station with wraps/blankets. etc... We are having a Grand Opening on Sunday February 28th from 1-5pm, to give industry professionals and/or the general public a chance to come down and view the space while feasting on some yummy snacks from local restaurants. We will have a special promotion available to book at the Open House, that will only be available in person on the 28th... so if you are free, we would love to meet you in person!

This space was perfect for our event. It is beautifully decorated and has such a wonderful vibe. Chrissy is so professional. She’s a great communicator and so sweet. We can’t wait to have another event here. I highly recommend Chrissy and Sage studios!
