General Rules
ALL set up and wrap up time has to be included in the booked hours. If you need extra time for setting up or cleaning up, please plan ahead and book it in advance.
The booking time is pre-arranged and starts at the hour booked. Please do not come earlier, as the space will likely be occupied or being maintained.
Overtime has to be requested and will be charged at $70/ hr.
Before they leave, guests are required to make sure to move all furniture and props exactly back to as they were. Don’t leave any food boxes, trash or dirt. In order to keep the price low, we do not charge a cleaning fee in advance, but it means we rely on guests doing their part.
We suggest to plan ahead for at least the last 15 minutes of your booked time for the clean up. If the space is left dirty, messy or not in the original condition, a minimum of $75 cleaning fee will be applied.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture and Props can be moved/rearranged to suit the needs of the client. Furniture and Props can not be removed from the building.
