Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Welcome to our luxury townhome! This property is located in Fairburn, Ga, which is 20 minutes away from downtown Atlanta and 15 minutes away from Hartsfield Aiport. This home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There is a shopping strip 5 minutes away with various food restaurants. General Rules

House rules #1: READ ALL RULES. * Please no pets or no smoking inside home. * No parties or events. Guest will be removed from premises by local law enforcement if a party or event is held inside or outside of the home. * There is absolutely no smoking in the house or use of ILLEGAL substances. If detected, there is a $500 violation fee. * Any damages to the inside or outside of home may result in additional fees. Entering Home: * You must enter through front door first. Parking: * The garage key will placed on the welcome tray inside of home. * There will be 1 garage door opener for guest(s), in any case garage door opener is lost, broken, or damaged there will be an extra $700 replacement fee charged. * Parking locations: 2-car garage located in back of house and overflow parking lot across from driveway. * NO OVERNIGHT PARKING IN FRONT OF HOUSE. Kitchen: * If stove is used, please clean and TURN OFF before leaving. * Dishes, cooking utensils, kitchen appliances and kitchen are required to be cleaned before you leave. There is an extra $200 cleaning fee for not cleaning kitchen before leaving. Bedrooms: * Please make sure TVs are turned off before leaving. Laundry Room: * Children are not allowed to use washer or dryer without adult supervision. * If you have trouble utilizing washer or dryer, please contact us. * Please keep laundry clean and debris free. Upon Leaving: * Please make sure house is in back in its original condition (including furniture) and clean. * Double check all TVs and kitchen appliances to confirm that they are turn off. * Lost & Found: Please notify us if any belongings are left in house.

I have 2 security cameras outside the townhome. One is located by the front door it is a door camera, the other is a floodlight camera located at the top of the garage.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
