All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This is a beautiful 1,600 sq foot home conveniently located within 4 miles of the beach and right off the 405 freeway in The South Bay. This home features a modern open floor plan featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and finishes. The kitchen is updated with a colorful high end glass backsplash and a large island. We have an open living room with a fireplace and modern furniture. There is a bathroom downstairs as well as a mini liquor storage room tucked away underneath the stairs. The home comes with recessed LED lighting and two bars. There is a large master bedroom, a guestroom, and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walk in closet as well as a 6 ft. bay window which overlooks the open outdoor balcony. The master bathroom consists of a quartz dual sink with a good sized bath tub and glass cubes which allow plenty of natural light. The guest bedroom is big and has his/her mirror closets. The guest bedroom also has it's own private enclosed balcony. The guest bathroom consists of a single sink and is modern with natural light. The washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the guest bathroom with plenty of dedicated cabinet space on top. The upstairs also has it's own loft style living space with a large outdoor balcony overlooking the yard. There is also a fireplace right beneath the loft TV. The yard has a good size concrete back yard staged with outdoor wicker furniture, bbq, two moveable stone finished outdoor islands, a firepit, and plenty of outdoor rope lighting. There is a private carport with a ping pong table in the back yard. The garage is attached to the house and transitions straight into the downstairs living room. Between the outdoor living space and the finished garage this is a perfect outdoor set up. It's perfect and versatile for your outdoor shooting needs. We've hosted for many events and between the inside and outside we could fit 50-75 people. Please feel free to reach out should you have any questions or special requests.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
