About the Space

Our beautiful, newly remodeled 2-story loft style event space is perfect for just about any event. Whether a yoga class, pop-up shop, networking event or social gathering - our 1800+sf space can accommodate it all. With our high industrial ceilings, adjustable state of the art lightning and sound system, large windows that bring in beautiful natural light, bar option, flexible seating and furniture options and 2nd story that overlooks the main floor - You can customize the perfect event in our space! There is ample free parking on the street and in our attached parking lot. Bar optional with upgrade. Outside food and beverages welcomed. Permits or fees may apply.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:

Such an amazing host! She was so accommodating and assisted us in getting everything set up. Not only did she provide last minute items that I needed she assisted with the entire event. This is the space to use and I’m so thankful to have had this location available!
