About the Space

Podcast studio with green screen. microphones, microphone stand and headphones are available. Rodecaster recording mixer which is state of the art in podcast recording, a lounge area for guest with mini bar coming. There is also a photo space for photo shoots. 24 hour access so if you are feeling a creative itch at 3:30 in the morning we are here to help scratch that itch.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Raheem was super accommodating! I had a lot of questions and needed some assistance with this booking, he was quick to answer me and assist in anyway he could. Studio was spacious and nice and cool. Great for taking pictures.

The place didn’t look like it does in the pictures. It was very dark. Lightning was the only issue I had because I was recording a video podcast.
