About the Space

Our studio could be used for private classes, yoga, dance, parties & showers, a filmed interview, photo shoots, production, film studio space and any number of other events. It's a single large room with a partial divider, minimal furnishings, two changing rooms, and public bathrooms right outside the door. Our space offers, off street parking, easy trash disposal, keyless entry/lock box and communal outdoor seating on the balcony. Tours available upon request. Serious clients only please.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Laura's space was amazing, clean, and exactly what I needed as always. I appreciate her, the studio, and the energy of the space. My students are always happy and I always feel comfortable here. I will continue to use Laura's space for events in the future.

I've been renting this studio for my weekly classes for a while and I love it. Johanna and Laura have been a pleasure to work with. Communication is always prompt, professional and friendly. The space is beautiful with a nice open, lofty feel to it. It's super easy to get setup for classes and it's accessible by elevator or stairs. The most important thing is that my students also love the space just as much as I do! I'd 10/10 recommend this to others that are looking for a space to host their yoga/wellness classes or workshops.

This was a perfect Peerspace experience! Laura was super responsive and accommodating to our needs. The space was exactly as displayed and exceeded our expectations. We produced a yoga and wellness shoot and it went well. I will definitely use this space again and again and again!
