REQUIREMENTS: $1,000,000 general liability 3rd Party Property Damage Loss Payee Certificate holder must be named as additional insured 2 separate certificates required OVERTIME POLICY: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. OTHER GENERAL RULE: *HOA Fee *Restroom use is permitted for 15 or less people, if they are going over they will need to bring there own restrooms *$250 mandatory cleaning fee, may be higher depending on scale of shoot. *NO CHILDREN ON PROPERTY *Layout board required *Pool Heat $250. *They will not allow any signatures for extended hour filming. *You must layout board entire driveway to park on it. *Moho can fit there. *Parking: neighbor next door rents out. *Off limits: no kids rooms or studio or side hall way *25 cars on property
