Sun-filled Timber Design Studio Loft

We have over 50' of 6' tall windows providing ample lighting. There are also light-diffusing shades on the Eastern facing windows.

You can hear neighbors, but rarely. More often they hear our footsteps below. (Noise does need to be kept to normal conversational levels). You can also hear the Metra train every 30 minutes for a moment, and brown line rumblings from time to time.

Stairs

There are two staircases, we are closest to the front stairs. The back staircase is off the alley and may be easier for load-in. (Call to have door opened). That staircase is a straight shot up. There is no parking in permitted areas (on the residential street).

The photo studio can be used as a green room.

Storage Closet

There are many outlets. All electric was replaced 5 years ago.

A certificate of Insurance may be required depending on the project. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is $150, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. OFF LIMITS The storage room is inaccessible. RESTROOMS Restrooms are shared and located in the hall. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Furniture needs to stay in-unit but can be moved to the side. Many items are vintage, please move with care. Hanging chairs and rope swing may not be removed. There is a small wall of wine bottles on display, do not touch. This wall is between the kitchen and the photo studio.
