Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Tyler was great! He responded very quickly and was very helpful. The space appears as advertised for the most part though it seems a bit small in person but it's a good size for a small get together. We did a baby shower for my best friend and she really enjoyed it, the only bad thing is the AC wasn't working after we were done setting up the decorations. It was extremely warm while the rest of the building was cold which made no sense to me and quite frankly made me very upset to have everyone so uncomfortably hot and sweating throughout the party. Other than that the space was clean when we got there, chairs and tables ready for use and the space was very affordable.

This space was perfect for our son’s birthday party! The instant booking was so helpful as this was a last minute change of plans from outdoor party to indoor due to weather. Tyler is very responsive and we were able to get the details worked out in record time! The space is a blank canvas and easy to decorate. The tables and chairs were in great shape. The back setup area was so helpful to store party stuff away from the actual party. The courtyard was a perfect touch to feel set apart from the street, be able to let in fresh air and have the kids stretch their legs. It really makes the space more than just a room! Veronica, our host helper was waiting when we arrived (in a deluge of rain) and was also fantastic. Exceptional host and great space!

After booking this location my initial concern came after I was told I would only have 15 mins to setup, in reality we all know any event requires more than 15 mins to setup, so I decided to push my event back 30 mins. When I arrived the place was trashed from the night before and I was told by the cleaning lady I couldn’t come in or start to setup until she was done cleaning per her boss meaning instead of my setup starting at 8:45 it would start after 9. When I addressed this issue with the Tyler his response was “so you want to setup in a dirty space or clean space” and of course I snapped because this is not my fault, I paid for a certain time frame and the most he offered was an additional hour. The floor was dirty and covered in what I assume was cake or food smashed in the floor, a dirty table full of limes and liquid and several bags of trash literally at my arrival time agreed on. My whole issue with this situation is whoever came to lock the building up after this party seen the condition and should have showed up earlier to start cleaning knowing the next event was set for 8:45am arrive. This was bad business all the way around on top of the random man that came to the door trying to get in saying he needed to get in the back, I literally had to lock the door and tell him no he couldn’t come in! This place was a no go for me.
