About the Space

Studio ready for set walls or set dressing, Chestnut vinyl floor, open vaulted ceiling for rigging. The ceiling has existing wooden grid work but you can add your own as needed. 16 foot long built in closet with sliding doors. The gas stove and sink are modern and working. They can be removed for set dressing. There are 12 plug-in electrical outlets 12' apart and over head plug-in electrical outlets. The room has 8' fluorescent lighting. There is an adjoining full modern bathroom with stand up shower. Front door has cement patio. There is lots of outside open space and plenty of on site free parking. The bathroom, wardrobe and make up room are in the building next to this room and included in the price. Kraft service can be set up out side on the cement patio or in or next to the warehouse next to this room.
