COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We have cleaner that spend extra time cleaning to ensure high touch points are particularly addressed.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

Our space is versatile! This unique home is great for entertaining, photoshoots, and events with a large backyard. House is on a corner lot, 4 car can comfortably fit in the driveway. Plenty of street parking.
General Rules
Welcome to our space in Charlotte. Enjoy your stay and please be respectful of the property and our neighborhood.
GUEST: Only guest list provided will be allowed onto the property to ensure the safety and security of the guest.
PARKING: Ample street parking. No parking on any portion of lawn or blocking any portion of neighbors driveway
SMOKING: No smoking inside the home or anywhere on the property. Guest must agree to pay additional cleaning fees if found in violation.
PETS: No pets unless otherwise agreed upon with non-refundable pet fee.
MUSIC: Neighborhood noise ordinance prohibits the playing of excessively loud music. Keep loud music to a minimum before noon and after 9 p.m. Please be respectful at ALL times as we have elderly neighbors adjacent to the property.
FURNITURE: Please do not rearrange any of the furniture. Contact me if you need to move any furniture BEFORE moving.
DAMAGES: Guest will conduct a walkthrough of the property prior to occupying and confirm the condition of the home and furniture. Any damages will be noted. Guest will agree to pay for any damages to the home and or furnishings as a result of their event/guest.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: If guests are suspected of using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
CLEANING FEE: The cleaning fee includes light trash, mopping, dusting, and bathroom sanitation. Additional cleaning or laundry will incur an additional fee. (i.e. excessive garbage, excess glitter on the floor, furniture, or rug, stains in the run, etc.)
MISC:
- Please dispose of all food items at the end of your rental.
