The Boulevard House is located within walking to Ponce City Market, The BeltLine, Old Fourth Ward park and many of Atlanta's hottest attractions. Our space is approximately 2700-sqaure feet. It is the perfect trendy space to host your next production. Whether you are looking for a place for photo shoot, film shoot, video shoot, magazine shoot, etc - It is a space with you in mind. We specialize in holistic experiences and can help put together wellness retreats and offer group discounts on in-home massage, facials, foot detox and iridology consultations. Other services like colon hydrotherapy is offered at our near by spa as well. Our space can be transformed into many things to fit your needs & styles and we have a full kitchen, open living/ dinning room, 4 bedrooms each uniquely styled, 3 full bathrooms and great outdoor "city" space. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
