Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
This is an outdoor space and therefore naturally well-ventilated. The restroom is inside and properly cleaned/sanitized for guests between each booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
This Historic Spanish Eclectic Courtyard is outdoor and perfect for small gatherings such as bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, holiday parties and more. The home is 101-years-old and recently restored from head-to-toe. The home backs up to a busier street, but this part of the property is on the quiet residential side with privacy from neighbors. Permanent bistro lights hang over the courtyard, and tables and chairs can be set up in numerous layouts.

Ambient noise description
The home backs up to a busier street, but the house blocks any street noise inside the courtyard. You cannot hear any neighbors inside the courtyard.

Equipment loading description
Loading and unloading can be done on the street level (no backing into the driveway). The entrance does not require a map and no loading trucks need to be moved.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
The house is off-limits for shooting unless previously authorized by the owner. There is a nearby Casita equipped with a kitchenette, bedroom, and full bath to be used as a staging area.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
There is a 400amp panel on the property with outdoor outlets located throughout the yard, on the Casita and main house.
Circuit breaker can be accessed
General Rules
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property.
Outside catering is allowed.
No alcohol allowed after 8pm.
Guests are permitted to enter the home for use of the nearby guest bathroom.
Guests should be respectful with parking and noise in the quiet neighborhood.
No loud music after 10pm.
Please account for set-up and break down time as part of your booking.
There is a $500 fully refundable security deposit on the day of that can be paid via Venmo or PayPal. Assuming no damages, this will be refunded at the end of the event.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Please provide proof of production insurance.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Please be sure to put all furniture back in its original place.

There are six security cameras on the property (exterior only).
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
