All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This gorgeous estate sits on 2 acres of land and was built in 2017 by a top custom home builder in Chicago's western suburbs. Originally built for a "car guy" it has a unique heated detached garage with a car lift that can accommodate 4 cars in addition to the attached 3 car garage. Directly across the street is a horse barn and stable. The driveway is about 100 feet from the Illinois Prairie Path which connects you to miles of nature hikes and St James Farm Forest Preserve. Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
