Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks

About the Space

The HQ is a 2,000 sq. ft. creative warehouse space consisting of white walls, concrete floors, and glass brick windows. The industrial feel with a lively twist is perfect for photoshoots, music videos, and workshops. The west-facing windows provide indirect light throughout the day and direct light in the early mornings. For load-in, the studio has a loading dock and freight elevator access. Our HQ includes a makeup and wardrobe station and a lounge area, yet the entirety of the space is still malleable to suit the needs of your shoot. Tables and fridges are available for crafty setup as well as a variety of other production supplies. We love to harness creative energy in our space and meeting new Chicago artists. We would be happy to discuss the needs of your upcoming project! Very Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
