Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

After each guest, the studio is disinfected with focus on high touch areas. All soft touch items are cleaned after each booking. Hand sanitizer and gloves are provided for guests.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Elope into a mystical studio in Downtown Dallas that is both aesthetically pleasing and calming. The space is conveniently located in Deep Ellum, so be sure to grab a drink or a bite to eat after your journey. The studio space has been compartmentalized to give the illusion of three different rooms. You can utilize the different areas of the studio as your imagination allows you. It also offers a functional kitchen, tall ceilings and a pool view. The space can be utilized for photoshoots, yoga sessions, baby showers, dinner for two, inspirational/creative getaway, filming and as a work space.

Parking description

Parking is available on N Malcom X Blvd, inside the Ambrose parking garage marked for visitors. You may park in any parking spot that does not say reserved. No vehicle registration is needed.

Lighting description

The access to the balcony has blinds that you are able to move back and forth to control the amount of sunlight you would like entering that area. The bedroom area features both blinds and gorgeous sheer angelic curtains. Both of these features will aid in aesthetics and control of the amount of sunlight entering the room.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

The walls are not thin so you are not able to hear any noise unless you are right near the front door. Also, the studio faces the pool, so you do not hear any noise from the streets.

Equipment loading description

The stairs will be the primary access to the unit and the elevators will be available to you upon request. If you are arriving in a loading truck, there is a designated area with a loading dock and is available to you upon request, as the loading dock must be reserved before we use it.

Electrical system description

There are several outlets located in each area of the studio for your convenience. Guests are not able to access any circuit breakers.
