COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

About the Space

Large studio space with tons of natural light and wood floors. Perfect for special events like showers, or dinners, photography & video shoots, & small performances. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator access). Includes a full wall of mirrors, two walls of windows & sound system. Specialty lighting, tables, chairs & stools available for an additional cost.

The space was beautiful! It was more than enough space for 40-person party and it definitely could accommodate events that involve movement and activity. Stefany was very communicative and helpful throughout the booking process.

Let me start off by saying Stefany was absolutely awesome. She was very active, and helpful. The space was very open and the studio is very large. If you are looking to have an event, I WOULD MOST DEF RECOMMEND THIS SPACE. Thank you for making my brunch amazing Stefany!

Stefany is extremely responsive and attentive to detail. She replied within the same day I first inquired about the space. The space is significantly better in person. We hosted a party for about 40 people and we extremely satisfied with the space. We had tons of our guests want the information on how to book this place. 🙂
