We would never want to share studio space with others, so you won't either! — I don't like using shared common-area restrooms, do you have a private washroom? You betcha! You can also use it as a change room as well. — Lots of studios are located in old buildings and can be hard to find. Is yours? Nope! We're a private unit, located literally right by the entrance of our building! — Can I bring pets and babies? Absolutely. Please just give us a heads up if you bring pets. — Is there an elevator? We have several elevators in our building. *PRICING PREMIUMS: — Our listed rate is for weekdays during our open hours (6am-9pm) for small projects under 12 people. — We bill extra for projects requiring more people, during the weekend, or past close (9pm until 6am). — Please add 13% HST to all rates to arrive at the final price.
