Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Anchored in a historic building on mid-Market street, we’re surrounded by our City. Our gorgeous smoke/vape lounge can also be used as a bar, restaurant, lounge, gambling hall, etc. The space exhibits many luxuries like terrazzo floors, gold wallpaper, exposed brick, chandeliers, booths, leather furniture, hightop tables and even a wet bar. The lounge is split into 3 rooms: The Vault (wet bar with stools), The Tables (main room with hightop tables and leather benches) and The High Roller Room (5 booths with leather seating, exposed brick and leather walls). All rooms have a Sonos sound system. We have held many events including live performances, large meetings, dinners, parties, weddings, yoga sessions, art classes, gaming tournaments, music videos and photo shoots.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
