Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

This is a wellness center that very carefully adheres to cleanliness.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space

Condo in a quiet neighborhood. The space is wellness center inside of a condo! Very comfortable space filled with artwork, unique decor from around the world and comfortable areas to lounge, shoot, host an event or teach a yoga session. The space can be used in endless ways! If you are hosting a yoga event you can rent up to 5 yoga mats, blocks and bolsters. Clothing, crystals, apparel are also on display FOR SALE only but some items can be used for shoots. Access is for the first level of the home only including one bathroom.

General Rules

Outside catering is allowed. No cigarette smoking allowed. You have access to WiFi and Alexa to set the mood with you choice of music. Upstairs is not open to anyone. If you need access to Kitchen there is an additional fee.

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
